Natalie’s Custom Catering began in 1995 as a small gourmet shop called Procacci Gourmet in Cherry Hill, NJ. Known for both its welcoming ‘small town feel’ and high-end quality, Procacci’s became a full-service caterer, the Natalie’s we know today.
Natalie Procacci-Miller was raised with a deep respect for old-school cooking and Mediterranean flavors: whole foods, fresh vegetables (never canned), hand-carved meats, and dressings made from scratch. No cutting corners. Just honest, seasonal food that’s healthy and full of flavor.
As a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP), Natalie takes food safety seriously. You can feel confident that our kitchen takes the highest safety precautions – from sourcing to prep to presentation.
When she’s not catering weddings, mitzvahs, or milestone parties, Natalie enjoys giving back to the South Jersey and Philadelphia communities she loves. From delivering sandwiches to local hospitals during COVID to supporting events like the National Day of Prayer, she’s always finding ways to nourish people in more ways than one.
